A new client who had been let down by their existing broker came to MontpelierPF to refinance an asset within their portfolio with a view to raising capital for refurbishment works on another asset within the portfolio. A wider strategy was created with the support of MontpelierPF to enable the client to build upon the existing portfolio.
Despite a challenging valuation report, MontpelierPF were able to procure the client funding at 76% LTV on a 5 year fixed product from a Challenger bank, therefore raising the required capital for the client.
